Libretto upgrades MIT Medical website
BOSTON, September 24, 2008 – Libretto recently completed the editorial content for MIT Medical’s expanded and redesigned website. Serving the MIT community and their families, MIT Medical provides a broad range of clinical services at its on-campus medical centers, as well as comprehensive health insurance and wide array of health promotion programs. The user-friendly website provides information about MIT Medical’s offerings and a concise explanation of its health care processes.
Working closely with Boston-based Web design firm Nimble Partners and MIT Medical’s communications team, Libretto created audience-specific guides for MIT students, employees, affiliates, and retirees that address the unique needs of each user group. The new site also includes health topics pages, which outline a number of health concerns and provide information on resources available at MIT Medical.
"One of the best decisions I made was choosing Libretto as the content team for our website redesign,” says Denise Cummings, MIT Medical’s marketing and communications manager. “The biggest challenge of the project was to present straightforward and accurate healthcare information to our multiple audiences. With a sense of camaraderie and creative purpose, Libretto offered effective strategy and branding and crafted copy that is clear and actionable.”
